AI Audit · Service 01
PSV works with the people doing the work to map your workflows, systems, data, and decisions, and to find where AI actually pays off. The audit determines what should be built. It does not start from a tool.
What we evaluate
Mapped with the people doing the work, not from an org chart.
Where the hours actually go, and which of them repeat.
What holds firm context today: email, spreadsheets, drives, CRM, property systems.
Who signs off on what, and where work waits.
The judgment calls that drive outcomes, and the information they depend on.
What lives in people's heads and nowhere else.
What your data is allowed to touch, and where the work must run.
Where AI pays off first, ranked by value against effort.
Deliverables
Seven documents, specific to your firm. Written so your team, or another firm, could implement from them.
How work actually moves through the firm: who does what, in which tools, and where the time goes.
Every system that holds firm context, what lives in it, and how it connects.
Where the firm stands today: current usage, team capability, data quality, and the gaps that matter.
The opportunities ranked and sequenced, so the first build funds the case for the second.
What to build, how it connects to your systems, and what stays out of scope.
Which knowledge, processes, and decisions the Brain should capture first for your firm.
Where the system should run: PSV-managed cloud, a dedicated environment, or your own cloud.
How it leads to implementation
The audit scopes the Company Brain and the workflow build. It exists to answer questions, not to add a phase.
You know AI should be carrying more of the work, but not which workflows, which systems, or in what order. The audit answers that with the people doing the work, so the build starts from evidence rather than a guess.
The problem is already well-defined. Mature Claude workflows that need shared intelligence, for example, go straight to Company Brain implementation. No audit in front, no discovery theatre.
Either way, custom engagements begin at $10,000.
Typical investment
Depending on the functions in scope and the complexity behind them. Fixed price, agreed up front. The deliverables are yours to keep, whether or not PSV builds what they recommend.
$10K to $25K
Common questions
Most audits run $10K to $25K, depending on how many business functions are in scope and how complex the systems behind them are. The price is fixed before the engagement starts, and PSV custom engagements begin at $10,000.
Seven deliverables: a workflow map, a systems and data map, an AI readiness assessment, a prioritized use-case roadmap, a recommended architecture, a Company Brain scope, and a deployment and security recommendation. All of it specific to your firm, and all of it yours to keep.
No. The audit is written so that your team, or another firm, could implement from it. Most clients continue into a build because the roadmap already reflects how their firm works, but the audit stands on its own either way.
Proof
Westlake Realty Group is what mapping first buys you: the underwriting system populates the firm's own eight-tab model, because the engagement started from how the firm already works.
Westlake Realty Group · Multi-Asset CRE Investor
Before
Six to eight hours of senior time to underwrite a single offering. Marginal deals were dropped for lack of capacity, not lack of merit.
Now
Every deal lands in the firm's own eight-tab institutional model with comps pulled and every number traced to its source. Senior review takes about 20 minutes.

“We can’t speak high enough of you guys. Our team is extremely impressed.”
