If no engagement fits, the assessment says so. That is the point of it.
How the assessment works
What the AI assessment measures, and what you get back
The assessment reads nine answers about your firm and returns a mini-report on where AI creates leverage there. It is scored against the CRE engagements PSV actually runs, and the result names the option that fits, if any.
Its options are The CRE AI Institute, AI Consulting, Company Brain + Custom AI Agent Builds, and AI Training. Three of them appear on the result page, priced.
- What it measures
How your firm uses AI today, where its work lives, and what holds it back. The nine questions:
- What kind of firm are you?
- How many people work at the firm?
- Which functions do you want to improve?
- Where is AI at your firm right now?
- What holds the firm back?
- Where does your firm's work live?
- Where does the work need to run?
- When would you move?
- How much per year is your firm willing to invest in AI?
- How long it takes
About ten minutes, one question at a time. After the last answer you give a first name, work email and phone, with company and role optional, and the mini-report appears on the next screen.
- What you get
Your stage on a four-step maturity scale, one workflow to start with, up to three more opportunities from the functions you named, and three options priced side by side, with the one that fits your answers marked. A copy is emailed to you, and you can book a call from the result page.
Common questions
- How long does the AI assessment take?
- About ten minutes. There are nine questions, then a short form for your first name, work email and phone before the mini-report appears. It is free.
- What does the mini-report tell me?
- Your firm's AI maturity stage (Getting started, Experimenting, Systematizing, or Compounding), the first workflow to start with, the other opportunities in the functions you named, and the engagement that fits your answers. The same report is emailed to you.
- Will it always recommend a PSV engagement?
- No. The options are shown side by side, priced, and the recommendation is marked, not enforced. If you answer that you have a tighter budget, it points to the CRE AI Institute at $69 a month rather than a custom engagement. If no engagement fits, the assessment says so.
