Company Brain + Custom AI Agent Builds · Stage 02, ready to build

Build the Brain.Put it to work.

The Company Brain is the institutional intelligence layer that teaches AI what your firm knows, how it works, and how it decides. PSV deploys Skills, workflows, and agents on top of it, inside the AI tools your team already uses.

What the Brain holds

Three classes of institutional intelligence.

Most of what makes your firm good at its job never made it into a system. It lives in inboxes, spreadsheets, and people's heads. The Brain structures it so AI can use it.

01

What your firm knows

Deals, properties, people, relationships, documents, market data, and the history behind all of it. The raw material of every decision your firm makes.

02

How your firm works

Processes, policies, templates, approval rules, investment criteria, and the reusable Skills that encode them. The way work actually gets done, written down once.

03

How your firm decides

Past decisions, corrections, exceptions, the rationale behind each call, and how it turned out. The judgment that separates your firm from a checklist.

Architecture

A layer in your stack, not another app.

The Brain sits between the systems where your context lives and the AI tools where your team already works. Nothing gets replaced, and nothing has to move.

Already using Claude?

Keep your workflows. Give them institutional memory.

The Brain supplies context to the Claude workflows, Projects, and scheduled tasks you already run, through MCP. And when those workflows call Brain tools, it receives the writebacks that matter.

Your team keeps working where it already works. The workflows just start each run knowing what the firm knows.

What gets deployed

The Brain, plus the Skills that put it to work.

Every deployment pairs the intelligence layer with the Skills and workflows that run on top of it.

Company Brain
  • Acquisition Skills
  • Underwriting Skills
  • Asset Management Skills
  • Brokerage Skills
  • Reporting Skills

A deployment can begin with one business function and expand. An Acquisitions Brain, an Asset Management Brain, or a Brokerage Brain is a statement of scope, not a separate product: the same layer, pointed first at the function where it pays off fastest.

The learning loop

Every workflow can make the next one smarter.

  1. 01

    Work happens.

A deal is screened, a memo is drafted, a report goes out.

  2. 02

A human and AI make a decision.

AI does the assembly. Your team makes the call.

  3. 03

A human corrects or overrides where needed.

The judgment call stays a judgment call.

  4. 04

The Brain captures the meaningful observation.

What changed, and why it mattered.

  5. 05

    A potential learning is proposed.

As a candidate, clearly marked as unapproved.

  6. 06

A domain owner approves, edits, or rejects it.

Nothing becomes firm knowledge without a person signing off.

  7. 07

    Approved knowledge becomes reusable.

Available to every workflow that needs it.

  8. 08

    Future workflows get better context.

    Same workflow, smarter starting point.

None of this happens by osmosis. Ordinary Claude conversations are not treated as policy, and the Brain keeps what it observes separate from what your firm has approved. A candidate learning stays a candidate until a domain owner signs off. Humans remain the authority on what counts as firm knowledge.

Where it runs

Deployment is a decision, not a constraint.

PSV-managed cloud

PSV provisions and operates the environment. The fastest path to a working Brain.

Dedicated client environment

A single-tenant environment for your firm, managed by PSV.

Your cloud or VPC

The Brain runs inside the environment you already control, bound to your SSO.

How engagements run

Scoped, built, and kept useful.

01

The audit scopes it

Which functions, which systems, which knowledge matters most.

02

The build deploys it

The Brain, the Skills, and the workflows that run on top of it.

03

Management keeps it useful

Current, connected, and governed as the firm changes.

The audit is part of PSV's AI consulting for CRE firms, the stage before the build. It maps how the firm works and ends in a roadmap and the Company Brain scope.

Recurring Brain management is not generic maintenance: it keeps the Brain current, connected, and governed as your firm changes. New engineering is scoped separately.

Proof

Firms running it, and the numbers behind them.

Every figure comes from the work we hand clients, documented in the case studies.

How Westlake Realty Group cut underwriting to 20 minutes, then took AI into asset management

18-24xFaster per-deal underwriting

Every deal lands in the firm's own eight-tab institutional model with comps pulled and every number traced to its source. Senior review takes about 20 minutes. The same approach now runs in asset management, where the firm's Company Brain drafts each property's annual budget from the firm's own records for the operations team to review.

Common questions

What firms ask before they build.

What is the Company Brain?
The institutional intelligence layer PSV builds for your firm. It structures what your firm knows, how it works, and how it decides so AI tools like Claude, ChatGPT, and Copilot can use that context in real workflows. It is the differentiator inside PSV's build and deployment service, not a separate product you license.
Do we lose the workflows we already run?
No. The Brain connects to your existing Claude workflows, Projects, and scheduled tasks through MCP and supplies them with institutional context. Your team keeps working where it already works, and the workflows keep running as they do today, with better memory behind them.
Where does our data live?
Where you decide. The Brain can run in PSV-managed cloud, in a dedicated client environment, or inside your own cloud or VPC, bound to your SSO. Where technically appropriate, raw documents stay in your source systems while the Brain stores structured intelligence with references back to the source. Nothing you provide trains a public or shared model.
How does the Brain learn?
Deliberately, with humans in charge. Workflows write back meaningful observations: decisions, corrections, exceptions, relationship updates, outcomes. Each one is proposed as a candidate learning, and a domain owner approves, edits, or rejects it before it becomes firm knowledge. Ordinary conversations are never treated as policy.
