What's included
PSV handles the architecture end to end, regardless of where it runs. On PSV-managed infrastructure we carry the full stack. In your environment we build, integrate, and operate inside it. Either way, you get a working system and PSV runs the rest.
Two deployment modes
Some firms want PSV to carry the infrastructure. Regulated firms want everything inside their own tenancy. The engagement covers the architecture either way.
Mode 1 / PSV-managed
PSV provisions and runs the full stack. Model tokens, cloud infrastructure, hosting, and monitoring are carried inside the engagement, so one fixed number covers the system end to end.
Mode 2 / Your environment
The system runs where your data already lives: your Claude Enterprise, Copilot, or ChatGPT workspace, or your own cloud. PSV builds, integrates, and operates inside it.
Always included
The deployment mode decides who carries the infrastructure. It never changes what PSV handles.
Wired into the tools your team already uses: CRM, ERP, email, Excel, Teams, data warehouses, and custom APIs. Every connection is PSV's to build and maintain.
Continuous tuning, incident response, model upgrades as providers ship, and workflow expansion as the firm changes. A named PSV engineer stays on the account.
Access scoped and logged, every number traced to its source, and approval gates on anything high-stakes. Humans approve what becomes firm knowledge.
Direct access to the engineers who built the system, not a ticket queue. Incidents get a defined response, and questions get answers from the people who know the build.
For regulated environments with data residency or isolation requirements, PSV deploys on your own infrastructure and handles the setup, the security review, and the ongoing operation.
Common questions
Engagements are scoped individually based on workflow complexity, integration depth, data volume, and where the system runs. Custom engagements begin at $10,000, and we quote a fixed engagement after a short discovery conversation. No hourly billing, no line-item surprises.
It depends on the deployment mode. In a PSV-managed deployment, tokens, cloud infrastructure, hosting, and monitoring are carried by PSV inside the engagement. In a client-environment deployment, those costs stay on your existing provider agreements and PSV builds and operates inside your accounts.
In a PSV-managed deployment, the engagement covers the usage range we scoped, and if your workflows scale well past it we renegotiate openly rather than bury it in a line item. In your environment, usage runs through your own provider agreement, and we tune workflows continuously to keep it efficient.
Yes. That is the client-environment mode: we deploy inside your AWS, GCP, or Azure tenancy, or inside your Claude Enterprise, Copilot, or ChatGPT workspace, and manage everything there. Cloud and token costs flow through your bills; the engagement fee covers PSV's build and operations.
