How Silverado Interests put an AI analyst on deal screening, underwriting prep and investor reporting

A Dallas real estate investor put an AI analyst on deal screening, underwriting prep and investor reporting. The team reaches it by email, the way they would a colleague, and by the client's account uses it every day.

The Challenge

What was actually in the way.

At Silverado Interests, deal screening, underwriting prep and investor reporting are all analyst work, and each arrives on its own schedule: a deal lands when a broker sends it, and reporting is due when it is due.

Most tools that promise to help ask for something first: a new platform to learn, a training session, a change to where documents live. PSV set itself the opposite brief, help that fits how the work already moves, which is by email.

The Solution

What PSV built.

PSV built the firm an AI analyst and gave it its own email address, the way a new hire would get one.

Using it takes one step. Someone forwards a deal or a request with a one-line note and the work comes back in the same thread. There is no separate app to open and no prompt to write.

Behind the one address is a team of specialised agents rather than a single general assistant, so screening a deal, preparing an underwriting and working on investor reporting are each handled by something built for that job.

It was built by people who know the work. PSV builds for commercial real estate firms, so the analyst arrived already knowing what a rent roll and an investor update are.

01

Deal screening

A forwarded offering comes back with a first read, so the team decides where to spend senior time with something in front of them.

02

Underwriting prep

The groundwork for an underwriting is done before the team sits down to it, so their hours go to judgment rather than assembly.

03

Investor reporting

The analyst works on investor reporting alongside the team, on the firm's own reporting cycle.

04

Works by email

One address. Forward, add a line, and the reply lands in the same thread.

The Impact

Three workstreams. One analyst the team just emails.

Deal screening, underwriting prep and investor reporting now have an analyst working them alongside the team, every day by the client's own account.

Adoption asked nothing new of the team. The interface is the inbox they already use, and the client reports the analyst was useful from day one.

The analyst went live in September 2026 and is deliberately published without a time-saved figure. We would rather show what is running than print a number the engagement has not earned yet.

Deal screening, underwriting prep and investor reporting, all handled by the same analyst rather than a separate tool for each.

1

Email address to reach it

A forward with a short note is the whole interface: no new login and nothing to learn.

Daily

Use by the team, client-reported

The client reports the analyst works alongside the team every day. That is their description, not a usage figure PSV measured.

The system behind it

AI Analyst, built for one firm at a time.

Nothing here is a product with a login. Every build starts from the firm’s own models, templates, and criteria, which is why the output lands in a format the team already trusts.
