CRE AI providers, compared
Deal-production software, capability connectors, education programs and build-and-train partners solve different problems. These pages compare each with Pacific Software Ventures or the CRE AI Institute, fact by fact, dated and sourced, and say where the other option is the better pick.
Short answer
CRE AI providers fall into four kinds: deal-production and workflow software (Henry AI, Lev), capability connectors that plug CRE tasks into your assistant (CRE Agents), education and community programs (the CRE AI Institute, AI.Edge, AI for CRE Collective, CRE AI Studio), and build-and-train partners that construct a system inside your own stack (Pacific Software Ventures). Which fits depends on whether you need a finished product, a connector, skills, or a system you own.

How we compare
Each comparison is built from the vendor's own pages plus at least one independent source where one exists. Prices are dated, because they change. We quote rather than paraphrase, attribute anything a company says about itself to that company, and link legal terms instead of summarising them. Every page has a "Choose them if" section that says where the other option is the better fit, and every page is re-verified quarterly, with the date shown.
Frequently asked
CRE AI providers, answered
- What kinds of CRE AI providers are there?
- CRE AI providers fall into four kinds: deal-production and workflow software (Henry AI, Lev), capability connectors that plug CRE tasks into your assistant (CRE Agents), education and community programs (the CRE AI Institute, AI.Edge, AI for CRE Collective, CRE AI Studio), and build-and-train partners that construct a system inside your own stack (Pacific Software Ventures). Which fits depends on whether you need a finished product, a connector, skills, or a system you own.
- Are these comparisons neutral?
- No page written by a vendor is neutral, and Pacific Software Ventures sells competing and complementary services. To offset that, every comparison is dated, every competitor fact links its source, figures a company reports about itself are attributed to it, and every page says where the other option is the better fit.
- How are the comparisons checked?
- Each page is built from the vendor's own pages plus at least one independent source where one exists, shows the date its facts were verified, and is re-verified quarterly. Prices, features and terms change, so confirm current details with each vendor before you buy.
- Which CRE AI provider should I choose?
- Start from what you need. A finished product for deal production points to software such as Henry AI or Lev. CRE tasks inside the assistant you already use point to a capability connector such as CRE Agents. Skills for yourself or your team point to an education program such as the CRE AI Institute, AI.Edge, AI for CRE Collective or CRE AI Studio. A system built inside your own stack from your firm's own deals, with your team trained to run it, is what Pacific Software Ventures builds.
