A broker checks the reasoning in about 30 minutes
A Saunders broker reviews the reasoning and the valuation. The system starts them from a complete draft instead of a blank template.
03What the team receives
Outputs the team works with.
01
The firm's own BOV template
Output lands in Saunders' existing format rather than a generic valuation report, so nothing has to be rebuilt before it is client-ready.
02
Comp library
Comparables are pulled and filtered per assignment off the firm's own library, keeping the market support consistent with how the firm already works.
03
Cited valuation narrative
The written rationale carries its sources, so a reviewing broker can check a conclusion without re-deriving it.

The output is Saunders' BOV, in Saunders' format, off Saunders' comp library. Nothing was standardised away.

“We use PSV to underwrite IOS deals and produce BOVs in 1/10th the time it used to take us.”

What was in the way
Saunders Real Estate produces broker opinions of value constantly, and a thorough one ran four to eight hours of senior broker time.
That made the BOV the bottleneck on winning listings. An owner asking for an opinion is a live opportunity with a clock on it, and the firm's turnaround was set by whichever senior broker had a half-day free.
What PSV built
PSV built the BOV analyst against the firm's own templates and comp library. The draft comes out in the format Saunders already sends to owners, so there is no reformatting step between the system's output and the client's inbox.
Comparables are pulled per assignment and the valuation narrative is drafted with its support cited, so a reviewing broker is checking reasoning rather than assembling it.
The firm's own judgment stays where it belongs. What changed is that the broker starts from a complete draft instead of a blank template.
What changed
Senior time per opinion dropped from four to eight hours to about 30 minutes, roughly eight to sixteen times faster.
Owner enquiries get a same-day response. On a competitive listing that is frequently the difference between being in the conversation and being late to it.
The firm kept its own templates and comparables, so the BOV that goes out is recognisably theirs.
